After seeing your post we made Portobella mushroom pizza last night, it was actually really tasty. To feel more like pizza red sauce or a little meat could be added. We will make it again, but as is - it wouldn't quite quench the pizza craving.
A friend of ours made us cauliflower crust pizza - it was delicious but after looking at the ingredients I don't think it saved any calories compared to a thin crust pizza (but was likely more nutritious).0 -

have you tried the 2 ingredient crust made only with greek yogurt and flour? I make a true, yeast crust but I was curious about the 2 ingredient crust since mine takes a long time.0
