Exercise - TDEE- bunch of questions....

Hi Ladies.
I'm a 46 year old mom of two teenagers.
I'm very active. I work out to T25 videos twice a week and weight lift twice a week. I used to do more but my dietician and others told me it was too much stress on my body.
In between that I have a sit down/desk job.
After work I'm always on the move, cleaning, laundry, shopping, kids games, new puppy...just don't sit down til close to 8:30-9 at night.
I had a partial Hysterectomy in May of 2014.
Blood work is all normal.
I have a fitbit charge HR...which says my average calorie burn per day is 2400+.
So I've been eating about 2150...a nice deficit right?
Well, I've been gaining weight.
I log and weigh my food when/where I can or guesstimate high. Been Logging for two years to be honest.
Trying to figure out what my TDEE is and I thought by having this fitbit it would get me there.
This week I've changed up how I eat my carbs...eating 45g or less per meal and only 15g at snack time...trying to get over 125g of protein in or more for weight lifting.
I started my cut in mid October and I did nothing but gain-3lbs.
Anyone else paddling in this boat with me? Any suggestions or ideas? Anyone find that their Charge HR was underestimating their daily calorie burn?
