New to IP, But doing alternatives.

Hi I just joined this group as it seems to be the newest one. I am taking a different approach to the program for the first few days to avoid the three day misery. It seems to be working for me, I have a packet in the AM and Lunch, Snack. I have my Veggies as needed (maybe not the full 4C). The only thing is Dinner, I am Not 100% heck, not even 50% protocol with it. I am on day 5, feel great and down 3.5Lbs.(I never got a upset tummy, headache, or other issues). Sunday Is the day where I go all on the program guidelines with oils, vitamins, water and everything protocol. In addition Sunday will be where I count as Day 1. Week 1. I would love to know how others are doing and any success stories you may have to share.
I am eating protidiet foods. Way cheaper.

    I just started the IP using alternatives as well. Just placed my order for ProtiDiet stuff yesterday. My grocery store is now selling bone broth which is a big deal if you are doing Paleo but its full of protein! Made by Pacific..something..all organic. Gonna use it for when I get hungry in between meals. Down 5 lbs in one week!!

    YOU basically add carbs and fruit, so your weight loss will slow down. :'(
