Clean Calorie Dense Foods

Hi Guys,

I hope you're all well and enjoying+succeeding in your journey's to clean eating.

I wanted to discuss and learn from some of you how you manage to hit your calorific targets whilst sticking to cleaner foods? I eat very clean for the most part but do struggle to hit my calorie goals when sticking to 'squeeky clean' foods. Does any one else struggle with this? If not what foods do you base your diet around?

    penuts, cashues, almonds, steak, potatoes, corn, wheat bread, oat bread, oats, grits, brown rice, white rice, whole milk, oj, bannanas, apples, carrots,
    pasta, lagzania, sweet potatoes, squash, red fish, white fish, turkey, chicken, stuffing mmmmm...,penut butter, olive oil, whole eggs, ham, cheese, bacon,


    all whole foods, very little processed foods, all very calorie dense
