This is the first group I've joined online that is fitness/goal oriented outside of Facebook. My goal is to limit my Facebook time almost down to nothing. I've even thought about deleting it and just using my professional page so I can use my time more productively. I think this group is just what I need to help keep me accountable. Plus I feel like surfing Facebook just because of boredom is a waste of my time when I could be staying active, getting things done around the house, and staying touch with goal oriented people.

I started logging into MyFitnessPal a few weeks ago and have already lost 8lbs! My beginning weight on THIS challenge however starting today is 135lbs. Let's do this!

    Fantastic! Deleting Facebook is a great idea! I waste way too much time on there. :neutral:

    Hi all! I've also just joined, and this is perfect as I have a wedding to go to in late February and my sister's engagement in early February! I am motivated!!

    I agree Facebook is so distracting! Any social network site is. I can even find myself spending too much time on this site at times. Let's focus on what is really important. Our health and wellness! Plus I don't want anyone to hurt their eyes from all this Facebooking and MFPaling. hehe
