How to LOSE Weight During Thanksgiving!

Hi FIT FAM!
I know you've been waiting on this post and here it is! This post will be in bullet points, to make it as pain free to read and digest.
STEP 1:
Start an exercise and food program that is calorie and fat burning a week to two weeks before. (CHECK FOR ALL OF US!)
STEP 2:
Exercise leading up to Thanksgiving AND ESPECIALLY on Thanksgiving Day!
STEP 3:
Eat Breakfast. Stick to your normal routine. Do not wait till it's time for Thanksgiving Lunch or Dinner in an attempt to "save" room for the "BIG" meal.
STEP 4:
Watch your portions! Your stomach has shrunk slightly by now due to your exercise and food regiment. Over eating will only cause for that food to be stored as fat (where the weight gain happens)
STEP 5:
Resist the temptation to go back for Seconds. Left overs for the next day usually taste better, once the seasoning had a chance to marinate through the foods.
STEP 6: Go Easy on Alcohol
Don't forget those alcohol calories add up quickly.Have a glass of wine or a wine spritzer and between alcoholic drinks, (or) just enjoy sparkling water. This way you stay hydrated, limit alcohol calories, and stay sober.
Lastly my family, here are some of the better choices to stick with on the "Big" Day:
White turkey meat, plain vegetables, roasted sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, fat-free gravy, and pumpkin pie tend to be the best bets because they are lower in fat and calories. BUT if you keep your portions SMALL, you can enjoy whatever you like.
FIT FAM! I want you to already have planned what your workout is going to be the MORNING OF, AFTER THE MEAL, --just make it happen on Thanksgiving Day! Have your family and friends to join you as well!
Love,
Tabitha
