I don't know if we are going to have a chart, but I thought I would go ahead and post my goals and progress for the first week.

GW 152 (for this challenge)

Total # to lose: 13.7
Total # lost so far: 2.9

    SW- starting weight
    LW- last week or last weight
    cw -current weight
    gw- goal weight

    I'm easy haven't budged in weeks sw/lw/cw all the same 142
    goal weight just to get under 140

    I'm just trying to maintain (a loss would be a bonus) and get back on track in terms of logging and exercise. I'd like to figure out what my TDEE is.
