I'm easy haven't budged in weeks sw/lw/cw all the same 142
goal weight just to get under 1400 -

Challenge start weight = 210
Current weight = 209
New Year's Weight Goal = 2000 -
I'm just trying to maintain (a loss would be a bonus) and get back on track in terms of logging and exercise. I'd like to figure out what my TDEE is.0
