daily goals 11/23

So my goals yesterday didn't go so well. I took my fitbit off for some reason Saturday night and forgot to put it back on yesterday. Oops. I did do just dance with my kiddos yesterday and that was a fun way to exercise. :)

So today i want to
1) Drink 10-12 glasses of water
2) log everything
3) get on the treadmill after work
4)take vitamin
5) put my fitbit back on and hit my steps. I got up at 540 this morning and 830 just remembered i don't have it on ugh so now I have to work that much more to get those steps :)
