Anyone planning to make a massive pot of bone broth with your turkey carcass?
A great time to try this if you have not done so yet!
I already bought an uber cheap turkey..the pup gets the meat, and the bones are in now my biggest crockpot and just finished cooking for 2 days.
Last month I had a lot of post-broth chicken thigh bones, very crumbly, and discovered my stray cat LOVED them, since I could break with my fingers they were safe to give her..and the marrow was what she loved.
OK I can't find the "HAPPY FACE SALAD Eater" images from a discussion here yesterday..but HAD to share this one for you Meatasarasus folks:

I will be saving the bones for sure! No bone is discarded here, if I can help it!0
