Hello, Woggers:

My apology for posting W7,D1 a day late -- I was down and out with a horrific migraine yesterday, which is still kicking my butt.

Today I will post W7, D1 and follow it up with W7, D2 tomorrow as to stay on track.

Here you go:

W7, D1

Brisk 5-minute warmup then:
  • Jog 25 minutes without stopping
Cool down for 5-minutes and Thank God you are still ALIVE! ;)

    Done this morning....so I can get onto week 8 soon if it's not much different!! My british wk6 D3 was 25mins running, so I can see myself as having done 2 of this one! :)
