I am Definitely Not Anorexic, but I find that I just don't want to use the muscles to actually put the food into my mouth and eat. I also have to cook, and that is just not as good if someone else was cooking for you, but I do have to say that when I do eat Man o Man is it Ever Sooooo Good!! It just takes a lot of effort, and also a lot of time, so how do I help my dilemma?

Maybe make large batches of food to eat on through the week and/or store in freezer for later?
What about simpler meals with less work?
Need more ideas or specific meals?

Birds Eye skillet dishes (meat and vege's) and Green Giant microwave steamer bags (several have options with decent protein in them).
    There's dinner anyway.

Lunches, eh, some cottage cheese and a yogurt that isn't full of sugar.

Breakfast, oatmeal and a turkey sausage patty, beef if you have room for the fat. Or milk and a Balance or Zone bar.

There's a reason I warn people they won't find much useful in my food diary - especially as of late not using it.
