C25K, W7, D2 (Week 7, Day 2)

Hello, Woggers:

Week 7 has the same workout for all of its three days. Like yesterday, today is the same.

Here you go:

W7, D1

Brisk 5-minute warmup then:
  • Jog 25 minutes without stopping
Cool down for 5-minutes and Thank God you are still ALIVE! ;)

    I did this workout on Thursday 26 November.

    I found it harder than the first time I did the 25 minute run, but I still completed it.

    This was really my first real struggle, but it was a good lesson in cognitive behavioural therapy. As they say, the mental struggle is worse than the physical one.

    Anyway, it was all good practice.

    You can say that over, over and OVER again....This whole weight loss/exercising undertaking is a major MENTAL struggle. But, we are all doing it! Thanks for being such a GREAT cheerleader, Orphia!
