I'm about to start stage 2 (again). Last time I had a gym membership and did the intervals on the treadmill, this time around I have a home gym with 0 cardio equipment. Anyone do the intervals at home and what did you do? I'm in Canada and it is pretty much winter.. so anything outdoors is out of the question with the weather too unpredictable.

I'm not the best to answer but no on has so, well here goes. I didn't do the intervals at all, hence not the best to answer, as I had my own cardio plans training for a 5k when I did NROLFW. However, I do believe there are at home options for interval training as it just is a matter of doing an aspect of cardio where you can do it in intervals. I would imagine there are some examples on youtube or you can try fitness blender, which is exercise videos one can watch using their computer. That is where I'd go to look for some examples beyond just machine ones.

Thanks. I have tried a few times to do some videos but I found the constant jumping they like to do a bit much after some lunges, stepups.. etc.

Hello! I didn't feel like jumping either, so I tried this

It is low impact, some of the moves may look a bit silly, but it's something.
The problem with intervals is that some mornings I don't have all the time I need, so I just do 30-60 min of some circuit training on one of the days when I am not lifting. That way the interval training doesn't seem too much and I feel I can really push it, without feeling really tired.

Where in Canada are you? I'm about a half hour east of Toronto and it's cold but totally doable running or walking outside. No snow yet!

Thanks for the responses again. I'm out in Calgary so it isn't so much the cold but our chinooks that come in melt the snow and make every sidewalk a skating rink. It has been quite mild here so far though.
