    Sherry hang in there! I miss seeing your posts. Wish you could figure out what's causing your pain.

    I ran a 5k race this morning. Finished faster than I expected to (at least according to my Garmin - haven't seen official time) and was able to run all of it, so happy with that. That distance is still new enough (this time around) that it's hit & miss for me. Ended up running 2 min/mile faster than my last two runs, which were 4 & 2 miles, so I expected to be around there.

    Lunch with the family (after stopping home to shower) then came home for a long nap. Was a nice day.
