The day after Thanksgiving....wow...today, I really should be going to the gym; however, I am feeling the affects of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and am fighting the urge to go into full hibernation. I go through this every year. I know going to the gym will make me feel better, but, frankly, I don't feel like moving my *kitten*.

Hopefully, mind will overcome matter, and I will get to the gym today or tomorrow.

You are all doing so well, and it is very motivating. Thank you!

Here is your work out for this final day of Week 7.

W7, D3

Brisk 5-minute warmup then:
  • Jog 25 minutes without stopping
Cool down for 5-minutes and be PROUD OF YOURSELF for your persistence!
