Food tastes different

I never thought that celery and leeks stewed together would taste like comfort food, but I've started craving the non-starchy vegetables I put in stew. Chocolate tastes (even) better too. It's worth not eating carbs, just for how good the small amount of carbs that I eat taste to me.

I enjoy my food. What foods have you started to enjoy that maybe you didn't care about before?

    Low carb - lettuce based mixed salad with coconut oil and s'hug hot sauce (That's all - no other dressing)

    When people talk about our eating options as 'restrictive' it boggles my mind. I totally enjoy all the food that I eat. For dessert a cup of green tea and four 8" sticks of celery is something I enjoy at least twice a day.

    I don't find it terribly restrictive either, and I haven't had terrific cravings for carbs.
