Hello Everyone!
Haven't been on in awhile - end of school year and starting of new committee and grants at my job. Been crazy which is no excuse. This is what I have to be better about - putting things like this first. I have been working hard and have lost some. Now have set a few goals for the next couple of weeks.
* Just like everyone - more water. I found over the past several weeks that I rarely pick up any water let alone anything to drink. Ugh.
*Get back on the exercise track.
*Lose 5lbs by July 10
*Get on here every day


Glad to see everyone working so hard and supporting one another. Balance - this is my challenge.
