so I think I have a ham string strain. my thigh and back of the knee has been bothering me for a few weeks, last night I heard a pop and then the pain. I am using a brace and trying to keep it up when sitting. I didn't do my workout today cause of pain. not sure I can lift my leg to do the lifts. So I am most likely not going to make my goal this month. If it doesn't get better after the holidays will go see the ortho and get an mri. seems like its always something! First the thyroid goes bonkers and now the thigh!

I've really been slacking since I'm not getting outdoors as much. I need to wake up a wee bit earlier and drag myself from the bed to the Y instead of to my recliner.

I have managed to catch a cold after only 3 days with my granddaughter! My goodness children's colds are powerful!!! LOL I hope to walk more today. I have not had a cold in so long that I forgot how much they can knock you out on the first day! :laugh:

Oh my goodness , we got home really late last night so I am sitting here this morning surveying the damage.... the 3 days away from home at a cabin for Christmas has left me very far behind in my miles... But we had a great time together as a family. Loved my time with the grandkids!!
I have made it over 100 miles a month since I started tracking - I have 20.8 miles to make in the next 5 days!!! 4.2 miles per day. I think I best get at it... I have also gained, I am 3 pounds over my starting weight for the year. A little bit of work to do for the next 5 days.....
