Just being completely honest here, since the beginning of this challenge, I am up a few pounds. This last week was very tough with the holiday, my daughters actual birthday, and then her birthday party later in the week. I didn't eat like I should, I didn't get enough water and I will be working on this much harder this week!
SW: 396
CSW: 308.6

I am currently up 4.4 lbs, so I still have 19.4/15 lbs to go! This week I will kick it into high gear!
