Hey all. I had a very unexpected week last week...Everyday I was under my allotted calories (in the green numbers
). Mostly due to extra activity. And the result has been, seeing my lowest ever number back on the scale again (164.2). Happy days! This is definitely key for me (more activity!).
Celebrated Thanksgiving in London by having a slice of Pecan pie from Leon, warmed with a scoop of icecream. (Replaced this with my lunch, so could afford the 500+ cals
).
2 birthdays this week for me (my hubby and my oldest boy) back to back, so wish me luck. Hopefully I will be to busy running around to sit and eat too much.

Cool!! Great news Snaps!
Had a pretty good week myself, but due to Christmas Dinner with work on Friday my weigh in on Saturday was higher than I would have liked. Fast today is going well. Very busy this week, but not as many foody social obligations as in the last few weeks. So I'm more on track than I have been.0 -
Hi! I'm just starting the 5:2 diet and this is my first fast day. So far, so good! I don't think it's going to be too terribly difficult, although maybe I'll change my mind later in the day, lol.0

Good fast day on Monday. A run and a maintenance day yesterday. Next fast day is tomorrow.0

Good fast day today plus a 5k run with my care horse and barn duty. Kept me busy on my free afternoon
Drinking tee and waiting for bedtime in about 2.5h

I just finished my second fast day. It was tougher than the first one, but do-able. I went slightly over on calories (575), but not too bad for my first week I think.0

Good job! It gets easier each week as you learn you can do it and how to better plan your calories. Add in some walking to help offset accidental calories.0 -
Fast day #2 in the bag. Got in over 7k steps (3.5 mi) and only 435 calories. Went out to lunch with my girlfriend and just drank iced tea. That's 2x this week I was able to be around food and not need to eat.0

There is a wee possibility of going over my cals. But no one will know, 'cause this weekend I ain't loggin'
Festivities for Santa Chlaus day at work on Monday. So next fast day is Tuesday a in nd will be embraced with open arms

Didn't do as much damage as expected. Just my normal 1kg water gain over the weekend ;-) Got in a run with my sister on Sunday morning and a walk in the afternoon. So all is good.0 -
