    I was on vacation this week and I fell off the wagon hard. I know I gained, I just don't know how much. I am not getting near a scale for at least another week. Oh well, I just hope that I can get back on the program. One week won't ruin me, If I can keep one week from turning into two, then three and on and on.

    OK, so I weighed in. I am back to where I was before vacation.
    so current weight is 184. Goal weight is 169

    I lost 1 lb. Went from 191.4 to 190.4. I will be going on vacation in two weeks and am worried things will go awry. Not going to worry about it though. Would love to drop 3-5 more before but, it's ok if I don't. Have a physical coming up and am curious what the doc may have to say...It is before my vacation so this may help me to stay somewhat on track.
