It's the toughest time of the year for meeting and keeping goals, so let's get them down and stick to them well into the new year.

- Up my fitness class attendance to a minimum of two days a week.
- Sign up for another 5K and try to shave another minute off my time.
- More core and upper arm strength training.
- Reach that 100 lbs. lost mark (5.6 more lbs. to go).

Oh boy, this month is going to be rough.
I need to get back to basics. more protein, LEAN meats, less carbs.
--Thinking about going on a protein shake reset starting tomorrow.
Keep running; do weights, son.
2 pounds until 150 lost! Let's see if I can end the year at 155 lost.

I need to focus on getting re-focused. I have been exhausted, threw my back out, and I wasn't exercising the way I should the past couple of weeks. I am feeling better, so I plan to get back to my workout routine and doing a better job of tracking.0

I just booked a trip to DisneyWorld the first week of February. My goal is to be in Onederland when I get on that plane. That means 15 pounds in both December and January. I can do this!0

2. Get past this slump. Haven't lost much since Tday and it's getting on my nerves. (just pissed off about this)
3. Get settled with my new FitBit and learn to trust it. (computers can't be trusted, so it'll take me a while)0 -
Well, my fitness instructor threw my fitness camp goal for a loop - no classes until after the holidays. I think I've doubled the exercise up, though, running around trying to prep for the holidays.
Everything else is on track - I weigh later this morning, but I'm soooooooo close to that 100-lbs. mark.0 -
Failing so hard this month. Lack of motivation plus a lot new after-work activities have got me in the stall-yoyo-stall trouble. Making an extra effort to at least keep the eating in some kind of control. I need a real kick in the *kitten*; maybe it's time to bust out the photos from last year.0

Feeling good about my December progress. At nearly 6 months out from RNY I am losing much slower but things are still moving in the right direction. 6 month post op appt Jan 5th so I'd like to be under 160 by then. Fingers crossed!!0
