    My week has been interesting due to my knee. I went to my normal class on Mon. Here was the workout: 30 TRX push ups, 30 man makers (15lbs),30 reverse burpee box jumps, 30 plyo push ups on green boxes,100MTN Climbers, 100 AirSquats,100 Sit Ups, 2 lap run,100 Burpees,100 Push Press 15lbs. Needless to say I didn't scale it back so I could barely walk down the stairs Monday afternoon. I got my knee worked on Tuesday afternoon and Dr orders were to do low impact activities until its better.

    Tues: off
    Wed: 30 min swimming
    Thurs: spin class and 15 min swim
    Fri: 45 mins elliptical

    We are planning on doing a trail clean-up tomorrow and hopefully hiking and fishing on Sunday. There was a race I wanted to do on Sunday but I think it would be best to take it easy.

    no training for me as I've had gastroenteritis. hopefully back in the saddle tomorrow.
