Hello, Woggers:

All three sessions for Week 8 are the same. However, I post each instance so that people can comment from the post that corresponds where they are in the program.

If you found Monday's workout easy, then you are in luck, because today is the same. If you found it challenging, here is a chance to do it again...

W8, D2

Brisk 5-minute warmup then:

Jog 28 minutes without stopping

Cool down for 5-minutes and be happy this series is almost over!!!
