How do you all post your weight? Do you all posted daily or once a week? I have been in the habit of just posting on Saturdays.

I only get on the scale once a week when I'm in a challenge and they say our weigh in day will be sat or sunday and my weigh in day is wed whatever I weighed in at that's the weight I give I don't get on the scale again. I can easily get compulsive and so I keep the scale out of sight and only get on it once a week. I also don't lose weight easily I have to work hard at it and there are weeks where I am working extra shifts at work and I do not get in all the exercise I need to lose any weight. But as long as I don't gain any weight I consider it a win.0

Yeah, once a week for me, too. I've heard experts say "Stay away from the scale and judge your weight loss on how you feel and how your clothes fit" and also "Weigh yourself daily to see what your weight loss patterns are". I stick with once a week.0
