Spaghetti squash

I have never had spaghetti squash until tonight and I must say its delicioussssssssssssssss ...I use to be such a picky eater as a kid ....I am still picky but not as much now that I am adult ....but my spaghetti with hot italian sausage is very yummy ....

I had it tonight, too! I like it. I made a LC version of chicken parm to eat it with. The rest of the fam had tomato sauce, and some regular pasta on the side (more for the kids' sake), too. 0

I made it for the first time last week and loved it too! I cooked shrimp with butter, garlic and hwc and pored that on top. It was delicious

Bacon fat, with chopped bacon and garlic and salt and pepper! I roast it first with olive oil, then scrape it, and mix in above ingredients. You can thank me later0

I love to make my spaghetti sauce super meaty so it can be eaten alone, smothered in cheese, or over spaghetti squash. Yum. I also enjoy spaghetti squash with nothing but butter and salt on it, maybe with a little black pepper.0

Spaghetti squash is also awesome hot, room temp or cold from the fridge with Caesar salad dressing on it. Best to make your own so you can ditch the sugars in the commercial kinds.

I've caught a lovely winter cold and made a quick chicken soup with a rotisserie chicken and used spaghetti squash as 'noodles'. It bulked it up quite nicely.0

I just tricked my five year old into eating 'macaroni and cheese' using dubliner soft cheese, parmesean, butter, and spaghetti squash. It's so, so good! Bwahahaha!0
