PALEO DIET with egg, dairy, banana, tree nut allergies HELP!

Options
I want to eat a clean way and fill up at breakfast specifically without eating eggs, bananas, dairy or tree nuts. What suggestions do some of you have? I'm tired of eating sweet potatoes and feel a bit clogged up and heavy after eating them all the time.

    Scrambled tofu is a great morning breakfast! You can add spinach or whatever other veggies you like and I like to add a little turmeric and cumin!

    I have been dealing with this particular set of allergies/ restrictions, plus more, for myself and my children for almost 6 years. It is possible to eat delicious, satiating meals, with the occasional treat. I do most of my baking with plantains (sweet and green, and everything in between), and am starting to experiment more with yuca and cassava flour. If you look into AIP (autoimmune paleo) it will give you a good starting place, since those are all inflammatory foods that are eliminated on that protocol.
