Mon: Planned rest day
Tues: Speed work, 800 m T, 2 minutes recovery, 3 x (1200 m at race pace, 3 minutes recovery)
Wed: Unplanned rest day due to hamstring issue
Thurs: 6.4 miles easy, skipping scheduled speed work
Fri: 8.12 miles easy instead of normally planned rest day
Sat: 15 miles, target pace 8:30, average pace 8:02 per mile (still within my E range)
Sun: 9.15 miles easy0 -
