found this online cant belive it works, take 5 to 7 very ripe banannas slice them up freeze for 2 hours then in food procceser or hand mixer blend until it looks creamy add a little cinnamon and vannila xtract then freeze over night comes out awsome

Another "ice cream" that can be prepared and eaten with no wait at all: 3/4 cup-1 cup of Silk Dark Chocolate Almond milk and a big handful of frozen sweet dark cherries or strawberries. Blast it in your nutribullet (or other device) for 30 seconds or so, and enjoy
