Need help moving past day 3 of low carb

Today is haaaaard. I know it's just going to pass as this is my 3rd serious / no cheat day at this low carb diet. Just drank my second green tea. Internet at work is down and its usually the moment I reach out for the snacks. I just wanted to share. Anybody also struggling? How is your day? Tips anyone?

    Hey there, eat lots of greens, protein, fats and perhaps include diet drinks. Add good quality salt to foods. Ensure to incorporate a high carb treat once a week. Ensure you are eating enough calories also.

    Agree with Bethay_rose8. Are you following the IIFYM blueprint for your macros? Surprised to hear you refer to it as "low carb diet." Maybe you mean it's a decrease from what you typically consumed before IIFYM?
