1. Log daily
2. Sleep at least 7 hours/night
3. At least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days/week
4. Daily meditation/prayer time
5. No processed foods
6. Avoid mindless TV
Last week did really will with these. Even managed to log daily while out of town. Hoping it transfers to the scale in the morning.0 -
17 days left in 2015. Attempting to sprint to the annual finish line. All of the walking that was done while I was out of town, seems to have off-set any additional calories that were eaten. It may just be the encouragement that I needed to walk more and stay more active now that I'm back home. Have a great week everyone!

I'm exhausted not going to focus on weight loss just on exercising daily even if it's just a little and staying within my calories. Thank goodness Dec is almost over.0

Back to basics after a not-so-good week (that I kind of knew would be bad and gave myself permission for).
1) Get in all my workouts, especially the running and swimming
2) Don't go too nuts at the 87 Christmas parties that are happening this week and log as well as possible
3) Try to focus on getting adequate sleep
4) Buy gifts (heh!)
5) Make time for prayer/meditation0 -
1. Get rid of head cold... Sick almost one week.
2. Get Christmas tree
3. One swim... Once I can breathe
4. One long run
5. One long bike0 -
My goals this week
1) get my step goal every day
2) log everything
3) begin running again
4)finish my Christmas shopping

Didn't sleep well four nights in a row. Realized yesterday the difference it was making. I made sure I got my 8 hours last night. Today is already off to a much better start!0
