Val, good luck with all the holiday stuff.
Marla, I would love to take a creative writing class! I don't think I'd find an English one here though. If you aren't into writing, you should check out the other offerings. Awesome opportunity.
Laura, vertigo is awful. I once had a mild case that was the worst when I laid in bed and I felt like I was tumbling. Lucky for me, I had to fly to USA and when I arrived it was better! Something relating to crystals in my ear or something, I guess. Good luck with it and be careful.
Well, the ibuprofen is helping and I'm going t continue it for one month. A D.O. once helped me with my wrists (and avoiding surgery) by telling me t take high dose ibuprofen regular intervals for 30 days. It wiped out the inflammation and cured me (after a year of pain and unable to pick things up). Trying for same result now. Meanwhile, had a crazy day yesterday which involved only coming home long enough to drop bags and go back out again. Poor kids were on the go for 12 hrs straight! But another Christmas bazaar down, and just grades/teacher meeting, party, and Christmas show to go (that I know of). Still doing stuff around house and seeking charity to take clothes, toys, blankets off my hands....when that happens a whole section of my house filled with bags and boxes will be reclaimed!0 -
I had PF years ago (before I was active - caused by bad shoes) and the dr had me take a high dose of ibuprofen. As I recall it was 3 tablets 3 times a day.

Hope it works. Day off exercise today. Decorated more cookies for hair lady and my counselor. Yes seeing a therapist for a few months keeps me off meds!
Went to small local toy store and got gifts for all the grandkids. Found a neat model of earth and moon for my 10 yr old grandson. And they wrap for free!0
