Help! Need advice...

I'm on week five and, after running day 2 on Thursday, my thighs (quads) hurt so bad yesterday and are still sore today. Should I do my 20 minutes today, or rest another day?

    Another rest day won't hurt anything.

    Did you do anything different that you usually do? Did you stretch after running?

    Rest and maybe foam roll or do some yoga for runners

    Another vote for foam rolling or maybe even pull up a yoga cool doe for runners, most will take you through a good stretching routine
