I respect my body! ...which means NO JUNK or TRIGGER FOODS FOR ME!!

Okay, so...DH had a doc's appt at 8:30 this morning. Now, I want you to guess who came up with the idea to walk at 6:00 a.m. and just a little hint here...it wasn't me!! OMG! in the dark again! But the pup loved most of it...cold and windy as it was...and it's done!! YEAH!!

Then I got on the bike for 12.75 miles in 45 mins then I attempted KCM's #2 Lean Body. A couple of the exercises had so many different moves that I never really got it....I made it up as I went along for the three or four that I did manage. There was a lot of boxing. Anyway, I didn't feel it was a good workout, so I did our Monday workout above. I was sweating by the middle of it and had to turn the fans back on! Egad! I'm happy now.

I might just do a DVD and the workouts above because I won't be going back to 1st grade until Jan 5th. I'll have to see how things play out.

My weight was down at 4:30 this morning. Wonder what it will be if I get to sleep in tomorrow...

Hope you are all doing great!

Oh my gosh Chris! That is one awesome day. Great day! Glad you were down. Hope DH appointment went ok. Walking in the evening is fun, but only on starry nights! o:)

I was at 151 this morning. Hard to behave with my mom here. I think I will stick with getting in all my KCM DVD's for now. On a roll and do not want to stop. Last night I did a stretch with Tony from Beach Body. My mom was hurting before it but felt better after it. Shopping tonight with her. So not sure what I will get done. I did manage 60 minutes of fast paced walking at work though between courts. :)

I love all the punching in that DVD. Took me a bit to get it down. But it was worth it. As long as I do not punch myself I call it a good workout! :drinker:

    I choose happiness! bwahahahahahah! :D

Shelley no, no, no...we didn't walk in the evening...we walked out the front door at 6:00 IN THE MORNING!!!! That crazy man! And Thanks, his appt went well. Do you have KCM's Lean Body DVD?

DDD and I hit the gym w/our trainer at 8:15 this morning for a killer hour workout then walked w/DH (5.20 total miles for 11,344 steps) then got on the bike for 13.00 miles in 47 mins and an episode of Agent X! then sat down and read the rest of the day!! I liked it!

My weight was back down 137.0 this morning at 6:30. I'm happy. Had to seriously talk myself out of getting into the nut cans. I wasn't hungry. I did good. :p I don't weigh in until Saturday because Christmas is on Friday.

The kids are coming over to celebrate w/us on Christmas Eve. We are having crazy salad w/chicken. I make a salad w/lettuce, cukes, and celery then have bowls of radishes, corn, hard boiled eggs, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, tomatoes, beets, avocado, mushrooms, crunchy toppings, shredded chicken breast and anything else we can think of. This way everyone makes their own salad since we all like something different. Dessert will be my downfall if we have any.

I hope you all had a terrific day. Tomorrow will be great!!

Look how far I've come. Look how far I can go!

    Paula - ;)

I walked W/DH this morning (5.84 total miles for 12,464 steps) then got on the recumbent for 12.75 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then worked out to a KCM DVD then shopped. It was a good Wed.

Pretty much stayed the same...but then fell into the bunch of nuts I talked myself out of last night. The salt will get me. We'll see. Looking forward to having the kids over tomorrow afternoon. I'll have to do some grocery shopping in the morning...hope it's not too crazy!

Wishing you all a grand Christmas Eve.

Only got our walk done today. Then I shopped for Christmas Eve Dinner...Chicken salad. The kids brought dessert. We opened presents and watched movies.

I was at 137.6 this morning...creeping up and up. Tomorrow will be worse but we will be walking in the morning and I'll bike and workout to a DVD or our challenge and behave myself where food is concerned.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!

Busy busy busy all came to a climax last night. DH said the word "plumber" this morning and was promptly forbidden to mention honey-dos - must have a break. It's funny that all the gifts from brothers came from wives (same w/me & DH). But hey, they appreciate it and besides, they take out the trash and fix the grinches.

Down to 161.5 for 2 days in a row - so it may be real...? So happy not to be over 165 and for it to seem to be going down is such a relief! I'm not used to being in a normal BMI and it still feels like work to figure out how to make it bounce comfortably.

Chris, hope you're having wonderful walks and workouts. I stopped and did a few pushups and planks on the way to do laundry. Getting ready for KCM, thank you so much.

Shelley, Hope you're not too snowed in. I think the inches of rain we got last week are turning white in your neck of the woods. My family in UT is having a white christmas and loving being inside, warm and dry. My Mom's Papillon/ShiTzu mix is a real barker. That would drive me batters but Mom just puts a chair by the window so the pup has more to bark about. Mom loves her little baby. Other pup sits on the floor and moans.

Kathy, hope it's not too sunny for you!

    Luv all,
    :flowerforyou: Paula

I am doing this for me!

Thanks, Paula...good job with the push ups and planks...wish someone would do my laundry... :p You are welcome...what are the disc titles?

Got our walk in yesterday morning (6.10 miles for 13,003 steps) then had our family Christmas Eve w/the kids. Today DH and I walked early (5.67 miles for 12,013 steps) then I got on the bike for 13.25 miles in 45 mins then I p/u Bean for a puppy afternoon. It was a good day!

My weight shot way up this morning...today was not a really good day calorie-wise.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE!!!

Merry Christmas everyone. My family and I had a good time this year even though we had to deal with our mother's illness. She's much better and resting which is a job in its self.

My bff and I got Garmin vivofit 2s. They motivated us to go walking today. I got in 10,036 steps for 3.99 miles. I'm not sure how the Garmin compares to the Fitbit but I do like the clasp. Maybe I will not lose this one.

I hope everyone had s good holiday. I'm am so ready to get my mojo back...how about you?

It sounds like Shelley's having some wild weather. Hope she and her family are warm and cozy.

Kathy, So glad that your mother s doing better! And yes, it's on! MOJO!

Chris, If my time off were longer, I'd be over there doing your laundry in a jiffy!

One week is not going to be enough time to do all that needs to be done. Need to ignore that and just enjoy.

    Peace and love,

I am capable of more than I know!

Ah, Paula, you are so sweet!! And, YES!!!! just enjoy! All that needs to be done ain't goin' anywhere!

Today DDD wasn't feeling well so we didn't do the gym. I walked w/DH this morning then got on the bike for 13.08 miles in 45 mins and an episode of Castle then I did our Saturday workout...it made me sweaty!!

I need to get to the store and buy ingred for soup then make the soup. Did I tell you I went to the store Christmas morning to get flowers and the place was packed!! Ten to 15 deep at each cash register! Crazy! Good thing I wasn't in a hurry! I did manage to pick up a book while I was standing in line. Now it's on my "to read" list.

I was at 139.4 this morning. I gotta be strong today. No nuts for me!!

I hope you are all having a grand weekend!
