Has anyone ever tried intermittent fasting? I'm thinking of trying this for at least through the Holidays. Any thoughts?

    Hello! I personally haven't tried this type of carb cycling; however, one of my co-workers has been doing it since....forever lol, and she loves it. She has seen quite a bit of results since she's been doing it. It is though the only thing that she has ever done so she can't compare it to other type of methods. -- If it's something that you are interested in trying I would test it out for yourself. Everyone is different and its results will vary. YOU know the type of results you are looking for so if you are interested try it :smiley:
