Hey everyone!

First- This thread is posted in our Eat, Train, Progress group and as such this is not violating forum rules.

I'm going into year number 3 of online coaching and it's really going well. I love it.

I have capacity to take on a couple more clients beginning in January/February of 2016.

In a nutshell here's what I offer:

-Every-other week Skype sessions.
-Programming
-Technique improvement via video submissions
-Calorie and macronutrient recommendations and adjustments
-Continual monitoring
-Unlimited Q and A via IM/email with fast response time
-A customized approach to the individual
-A very supportive private facebook group where you can interact with all of my clients. They're amazing people, and they support each other.

Basically, here's how it goes down. Every session I will be talking with you about how you feel, how you are progressing, and what things we need to focus on to keep you progressing while making it as easy as we can for YOU. And that's going to differ from person to person.

I'm also going to take a personal investment in your success.
I care.

My CURRENT fee is $125/month with no commitment required.
This is done via Paypal.

PM me here if you are interested, thanks!

I'll add, while I don't feel I really need a coach since I've lost weight, maintained, re-habbed shoulder surgery, gotten stronger, and don't really have any definite goals, having Patrick is invaluable. The communication with Patrick and interaction with other clients is enjoyable and motivational.
So, even if you think you don't need a coach, if you give it a try you may be surprised how comfortable Patrick makes whatever path it is you wish to pursue along with gaining mental and physical confidence with youself.

How many sessions per month does it typically work out to?

Can't believe I didn't post that in the OP lol.

Every other week, occasionally more as needed and depending on availability.

Thanks for asking this as I should have posted it originally.
