My apple was NOT good. I had an orange in the fridge...thankfully it was sweet. I tossed the apple. Darn. Bought 7. Bummed.0

Well THAT sucks! In the end, I didn't have an apple, but did have some crackers, and there's wine tonight!0 -
The best part of all this...no longer having cheese quesadilla for breakfast...even though so very good.
Now, egg white omelet...I just need to make time to eat it. It is all egg whites from Costco...1/2 cup. Sauteed mushrooms that I prepped earlier...one small slice Canadian bacon chopped, mozza stick chopped and scallions. I prepped all that tonight so all I have to do is pour the egg into the dish, add the chopped stuff and mic.
I tried it out today...I have a container that I can take along and could eat at my desk...it's very quiet at 7 am.
Also, no more jasmine rice . Addicted to both those. So, now, maybe I can be a bit better south beacher.
I lost three pounds...and I have a ways to go. I am still very chubby. I just don't look all that great in clothes yet. I want to look great. I need to work harder.0
