This is your Boot Camp part of your challenge for this week. These circuits will be done 3x for this week.


Do this 2x's with 15 second rest in between sets:

25 Jumping Jacks
20 bicycle crunches
60 second jump rope (you don't need a jump rope for this)
10 push ups (if you cant do basic push up then start at the knees)
25 Plie squats

For an extra bonus challenge, lets see how long we can last doing the plank. You can do the regular plank or the forearm plank. Try to last 1 minute.
