Today I stayed home again, with lil girl while the boys visited greatgrandmother. Lil girl napped! She never does that. That should've tipped me off, but it wasn't until her second nap of the day (!?!?) that I realized she had a fever. She's been home for days so she couldn't've picked up a bug. Maybe a teeth thing, idk.

Meanwhile, my legs are still doing okay with the ibuprofen. And I've got my 1st half January goals ready to go.

Hope your daughter is better. Glad you're seeing some relief from the ibuprofen.

Marla I hope you're feeling better! My coworker got a stomach bug the day before Thanksgiving and was throwing up for 5 days.

I'm winding up a 5 day weekend. Working 3 days then we are closed Thurs & Fri for New Years.

Changed my diary headings yesterday in MFP and am trying to hit calorie targets by meal/snack instead of just for the day. Each header is that meal's calorie target plus how many total I should have by that point -- breakfast is 350 & morning snack is 200, so breakfast is just "350" but morning snack is "200 / 550." Basically it's tracking "rollover" calories so if I don't use them all at an earlier meal I also know how much wiggle room I have left -- I might not eat a morning snack so those calories can be added to lunch. That might sound more complicated than it is. The idea is to keep me logging as I eat to make sure I don't go over, and to make sure I'm at least trying to use my calories as I need them. I have them totaling 1600 with a final category for exercise calories so if I've worked out and want or need to eat something more I can, but it's optional.
