I've been thinking of getting a app such as a fitbit or jawbone up. Might go well with something like this:

    Hello Group!
    Well, it's pretty cold and snowy in Michigan. Starting tomorrow I'm going to take my doctor's advice and spend 10 minutes on the treadmill. My goal is to do this 5 days per week. I'd also like to start tracking my steps starting next week at work.
    What is your plan?

    i have next week off so i plan to go to planet fitness to bike and use the machines. maybe i will get a swim in at la fitness too.
