Second time!

Hi Everyone!
I completed the C25K originally in early 2014 and ran a few 5k and 10k races over the next 6months. Then I fell off my bike and broke my arm and just completely lost all motivation
Am back to my original weight now so need to get myself sorted! Did Day 1 today and it didn't feel nearly as bad as Day 1 the first time round!
I also have a running buddy this time, in my 1 year old dog who is going to do the programme with me
Looking forward to getting back into it. Day 1 already reminded me how much I used to love running!!!!

I just restarted the program this week! I live in Michigan and am doing as much of my running outside as possible, which is way out of my comfort zone! However, I am actually enjoying running in the cold. Good luck to you!0
