Anyone prepping/considering a 2016 show? I have a goal to participate in my 2nd bikini comp early April 2016 and am looking for friend others in "prep" mode! :)

    Is this group still active?

    I am competing in Figure on November 12, 2016. 8 weeks out, coming into the show at about 11% Body Fat.

    Then I plan to go on to compete in Arnold Amateur's in 2017 at 7% body fat.
