2016 Shows
Anyone prepping/considering a 2016 show? I have a goal to participate in my 2nd bikini comp early April 2016 and am looking for friend others in "prep" mode! :)
My body type
I used to be extremely active I am 36 mother of 2 and I want to get the best body possible I need nutrition help along with exercise advice. I workout 5 days a week and until recently I would eat everything please give me ideas on supplements and food options.
