greetings folks, happy new year!

my friends list has dwindled over the past year, i never had that many to start with but several folks fell off the site for one reason or another so i'd like to build my friends list up a bit again.

i've been on MFP for 3 years, i lost 52 lb in the first year, maintained i the 2nd & got fit in the 3rd.

I walk a lot, long distances; & i go to the gym, mainly for progressive lifting work.

I log on here every day & like to support & be supportive of people rather than just 'liking' what they do & achieve.

I eat pretty clean, whole foods, I pay attention to my macro's & enjoy a varied diet.

so, if it sounds like we might have something in common & you could use a new supportive friend please feel free to add me :)

    Beginning the year with new friends sounds like a great idea to me.

    I've been here a little over 2 years and have been maintaining the last several months but have decided to lose another 5 lbs this year.

    I walk my dog and sometimes she gets me to run with her because she's persistent, but I also love going to the gym and especially love lifting weights as well as working the stairmaster and throwing some circuit training in.

    I am glad we are already friends because you set such a good example. I will be commenting more. This holiday season was far busier and difficult for me than it has been in past years. frankly, I am glad it ends now!.
