At the very least, let's attempt that 15mi/week . . . RUN, WALK or CRAWL!

Ok.. so last Jan I got 39mi Run... let's see if I can bump that to 45 (if my knees will let me)
Today, I got 4.6mi hiking in the snow with a near 1K elevation gain in NM... tomorrow I head home again.
PLEASE feel free to post pics of your accomplishments. If you can, please reduce file size so they are no wider/taller than 300px. Thanks!
