    I'd like to suggest that there be multiple threads for this challenge - maybe one per week of the year? Otherwise it's going to get really unwieldy and hard to follow.

    Daily Steps: 5,000 ... I try to walk 3 miles a day
    Exercise: Seated yoga, aerobics, and Tai Chi modified for folks with limited mobility
    Calories burned: I shoot for 800 a day, but I've got severe arthritis - some days are better than others.
    Weekly Weight loss goal: 1 - 2 pounds per week

    Hi all. I got my fitbit on Christmas as well. I have been logging on MFP for almost a year now. I have lost 47#, so far. Looking to lose maybe 10# more...

    Starting Weight: 155 (current, when I started MFP back in Jan 2015, I was 202#)
    Goal weight: 145
    Sleep: 7 hrs
    Weekly or daily steps: My current goal is set to 10k, but I have been averaging about 16k. Last week I did 114,057 in steps!
    Calories burned: Looks like I burn in the range of 2000 calories, give or take depending on my walk
    Weekly weight loss: I maintained this week, but will tell you I enjoyed NYE and NYD! :wink:

    My new thing/tip in trying to up my daily steps is to take the long way to the cafeteria at work. I walk way out of my way to get there and try to get 5k steps in before I even leave work and go home to walk the pups and get in my 3.5-4k walk everyday.

    Can't wait to get to know everyone!

    Sleep:6-8 hours is the goal. I averaged about 4 hours a day this week.
    Weekly: Goal is: 8k- 10k per day. My average right now is between 5k-6k
    Calories burned: Goal from fitbit is 3,062 a day. My average right now is about 2,886
    Weekly weight loss: 7 pounds this week!!

    Calories Burned: Average last month 2,851. My goal is 2,750

    And a good tidbit on how I got my stats--in the Fitbit Dashboard you can EXPORT your monthly/weekly data. I am a numbers nerd so I export into Excel, average it out, highlight the days where I beat my goals, and then make a goal for the following month. This month is to average over 30 days of solid activity per day (I averaged 23 last month).

    To export--go to your Fitbit Dashboard (web browser)-->Settings-->Data Export. You can adjust the date parameters and decide how you want to export your details and what you want to export (body, activity, sleep, etc.) and what format you want to export in (CSV is my preferred because I can manipulate in Excel). For me I like it because it shows me my trends, where I need to focus on (distance and activity minutes are mine), and if I can increase my goals.
