Hi,
I have been on and off MFP for a while. It really helps when I track my calories and exercise. I am synced up with Map My Fitness, mostly for logging my bike rides. I am pretty self competitive, so when I see a clear number or goal I want to stick to it. Currently I am at my goal weight, but I want to maintain an exercise program, eat enough good calories, have days when I am more forgiving (like when I am on my period, my cramps are so bad that I need to eat whatever I want whenever I can so I can take ibuprofen without hurting my stomach). I love to juice, make smoothies, eat healthy and ride my bike, elliptical and go to the gym. I easily gain weight. I am 5'3 and have weighted 150 pounds twice in the past 4 years. I can also easily loose weight and maintain. Currently I am at 126 pounds (my goal weight). I will turn on my diary once I have a few days logged in. I am currently signed up for a cycling challenge and my goal is to ride 6 miles a day and 10 miles on the weekends (easy and attainable for me).

What I'm good at: Cycling, juicing, healthy eating, gym - resistance machines, balanced lifestyle, challenges, power-walking, evening workouts (California), listening, sharing.
What challenges me: Jogging / running, mornings, lifting weights, eating enough early in the day and not too much at night, technical stuff.
What I really want: Ideally a friend or two that I can share with and learn from.
