What do you do on your off days?

Looking for some ideas. c: I do the beginner body weight workout over on nerdfitness ( http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/ ) and ride my bike for a little bit.

I am doing New Rules of Lifting for Women two days a week and a yoga/pilates class one day a week.0

Yoga, bicycling, and some strength training for my upper body. Bicycling will probably be swapped for swimming when the seasons change.0

I do strength training with some other form of cardio 2 times a week.0

On my off days from running, I walk! it's so relaxing for me, I love it. I've also just got serious about Crossfit... been slowly building up for 3 months but now i'm in it for sure.0

On running days, I also weight train my upper body. On non-running days, I row on the machine at the gym.0

I do some tai-chi on my non-running days. At the moment, that's all I do besides running. I'm considering going to a gym come fall for some weight training, especially upper body.0
