They're good but I prefer them in a salad rather than snacking on them alone. Alone they are a little much! Strong flavor!

I think these are what Panera puts on their kale salad. Super yummy replacement for croutons!

You can actually buy them in a bag in the produce section-Asiago or Parmesan but, they're a bit pricey, especially when you open the bag and there are a few little crisps that have shifted to the bottom. But, they sure are good on a salad or soup.

Wouldn't it be just as easy to make these at home using the "cheese crisps" type recipe? Thin slices baked on a cookie sheet on parchment paper? Okay, rather thin shreds in a pile instead of slices... Same basic principle. Microwaves causes them to be fluffier like this pic than the oven.... I don't like them as chips this way, but in a salad, they'd be awesome.

@KnitOrMiss is right - they're the same. I bought the kitchen table bakers brand before and they're awesome. I love the flavors, but I just make them myself because of the price.

I got a bag at Costco. Yummmmm, the boyfriend and I destroyed them. I am not getting another bag, that's just a binge waiting to happen.

Hehheh, but then again if you are used to eating chunks of Grana Padano straight, they aren't that strong. I even chew the rind on real Italian Parmesan (which is great cooked into a soup then removed for parmesan flavour without wastage.) I'd easily eat a couple bags of this, so not a good choice for me!
