    I will second @Sunny_Bunny_ on the quest bars! Those suckers talk to me, just like the chocolate my son has in the house! Have to keep them buried, and will be glad when they are gone!

    I'll second or third lol the quest bars, be careful, I crave them if I have one so I no longer by them. Also yes pickle juice I keep a jar on the fridge at work when I feel a headache coming on

    Thanks so much folk. I am trying to add more fats and was so disappointed to be corrupting a great day with a mountain of nuts. I usually am low carb but still struggle to get fat much higher than protein. This forum is helping me learn how.

    I bought pickles last night and some prawns for protein, added avocado, coconut cream & olive oil. Going with fresh is best mostly so will dodge the quest bars as they sound like I could eat them like the nuts!

    I will brave the juice once I consume a few more pickles.. interesting tip!
